Thank God for good weather. It was sunny, really hot. So hot that Rachael was perspiring and she didn't smile at all. Well, sunny is much better than thunderstorm. So thank God for holding the rain!
Check out her grumpy look under the hot weather...
Well, she looked tired right? Must be sleepy... NO! Look at her face when we went to the air conditioned car!
Not as happy as her usual self, but at least she smiled.
Regretted not bringing her swimming attire to let her dip in the water. She might be interested since it's so hot. The pool was so inviting!
After nursing her and finishing up my hot beer, the sun seemed less scorching and we brought her to a shady place to experience sand for the first time.
I had to sing in order to get her to smile and look at me.
Otherwise, all other photos are like this...
Our objective to let her play with sand was met!!
And I'm totally impressed by iPhone 6's camera. Look at all the vibrant colors in the photos!
The dreadful part of bringing Rachael out to play with the sand or to swim is to bathe her. The water was cold and I had to carry her to bathe her. I've seriously not master the art of doing so.
After a quick soapless shower, we made our way to vivo to window shop and to have dinner.
She must be thinking "伤脑筋!When is mummy going to stop taking photo of me!"
Ermx, I stopped and changed to taking photo of hubby because she fell asleep after that.
Look at the exaggerated look on my hubby's face when we saw the gigantic sugar stick!
And he showed his super 爱演 character here.
If you can't see what's on the shirt, here's a closer view.
This is the kind of quality time that I like to spend with my family. Lots of time taking photos, creating memories and playing a fool together.
I thank God for this wonderful day and pray for more of such opportunities to spend QUALITY time with them again!
